How a swap runs
Four steps from a quote to coins in your wallet. Nothing to sign up for.
-
01
Choose the pair and the amount
Pick what you are sending and what you want back. The calculator quotes it from live market data as you type.
-
02
Give us the destination
The wallet that receives the funds, and an email for order updates. Check the network as well as the coin. Sending on the wrong one is the one mistake that cannot be undone.
-
03
Send the deposit
We show an address and the exact amount. Your order page counts confirmations as they arrive, so you can watch it move.
-
04
We exchange and pay out
Once the deposit confirms, the exchange runs at the rate current at that moment and the result goes to your wallet. The payout transaction is shown on your order page.
Floating or fixed: your call
Floating follows the market until your deposit clears, which usually pays better. Fixed holds the figure you were shown, within tighter limits. The calculator prices both.
Nothing to sign up for
A swap needs one receiving address. An email is optional and only buys you updates; an account only buys you history and a referral code.
